Whether you just need decorators to set up your décor, director to orchestrate the final details or a planner from start to finish, we have the experience staff to execute what you need. The following packages list a few examples of our involvement. With an in-depth conversation we can review all your needs and determine which level is for you.


The Day of Director package is for the couple who has the overall concept of their wedding planned out, is securing their vendors and narrowing down the majority of the details. They just need help organizing and orchestrating the logistics to make sure it all comes off without a hitch. Most of the responsibilities of the Day of Director can be easily completed through limited email or phone conversation. We do include 2 site visits as needed (this includes bringing family and vendors out and the final walk through). Documents created as your director.

Vendor Lists – Suggest vendors as needed.
Detail Sheet – List of vendors, contact information and important instructions for everyone working on the team. Includes rentals, décor lists and more.
Venue Layout – Examples of reception layouts based on preferences and guest count outlined on the detail sheet. Once you review, we’ll create a customized layout and supply to all your vendors.
Day of Schedule – Comprehensive schedule to include all activities for the bridal party, vendors and staff.
Rental Order – Both in-house and outside vendor rentals will be completed as soon as possible and revised with final counts one week before the wedding.
Décor Plan – Whether you & your volunteers handle décor set up or our staff, we will compile an organized task list of responsibilities to maximize time.

If event planning is not something you typically do, how would you know these answers? What if you are planning a destination wedding or juggling a demanding schedule? No matter what the circumstances, we give you the tools and guidance to maneuver through the information highway and determine the best choices for you. Consider it a “short cut” only the locals know!

This package begins with all of the items in the Day of Director package but it will begin much sooner and with more of our time availability by the planner to help guide you in your decision making.

Budget Planning – A comprehensive budget review to make the best choices of vendors. Help determining how much to spend in each category and information on costs you may not have thought of gets your wedding off on the right foot.
Vendor contracts and meetings – The planner will guide you through these meetings by prepping you before hand and reviewing contracts before they are signed to make sure you know what you are getting and what you paid for.
Styling Recommendations – Everyone loves Pinterest but it’s easy to get caught up and confused with so many options. We will review yours to help guide you or offer original ideas to help you achieve exactly what is best for you. We will also discuss costs and logistics of the various ideas and style options.
Site Visits – We can accomplish a great deal by phone and online but package does include additional meetings or site visits as needed.
Decorating/Styling – Planner will oversee the décor plan and help with set up but for full decorating, additional staff will be needed (depending on the how extensive the décor plan is).

This package is all of the above and then some. Some couples have an idea for what they want but due to time constraints or lack of experience need a professional to take the lead and develop a comprehensive plan. That is what we are here for! We have planned spectacular events in as little as 4 weeks!

This package not only includes consulting, coordination and directing but is designed to bring the bride & groom fresh ideas and invaluable information. With regular communication, we will discover who you are and how you envision your big day (as well as entire wedding weekend) and use this information to bring personal and unique ideas to the table.

With our vast knowledge and experience working with vendors, we are able to offer assistance on all aspects of your wedding activities including travel and lodging, rehearsal dinner, spa needs, tourist attractions, transportation and of course a complete customized event plan, detailed timelines, to-do lists, vendor management plus décor & styling recommendations. We will handle set up and break down and every thing in between from guest relations, security needs and more.
